About MYDESIGNATION

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who can bring together creative thinking, strong design sensibility, and technical precision — from concept to production.
What You’ll Do
- Develop fresh garment silhouettes and design concepts aligned with our brand identity
- Create accurate, production-ready tech packs, size charts and detailed garment specifications
- Define garment construction, measurements, trims, fabrics and finishing details
- Work closely with sourcing, sampling and production teams for smooth execution
- Conduct trend research and translate insights into relevant design directions
- Review samples and provide technical/design feedback to ensure the final product matches the intended design
- Take designs from concept through final production
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of production-ready tech packs and garment specifications
- Ability to translate design concepts into clear technical instructions for production
- Strong understanding of fabrics, trims and garment construction
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong eye for colour, silhouette, proportion and detail
- Good understanding of fit and garment measurements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Creative and commercially minded
- Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced environment
