Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Design Internship role based in Pune Division. The intern will assist in designing and developing apparel concepts aligned with client brand guidelines, focusing on T-shirts, polos, and other corporate wear. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing design mockups, coordinating with production & sales teams, and preparing graphics files for client orders.





The role also involves researching fashion trends in corporate and promotional wear, helping with sample development and fitting, and maintaining organized design files and documentation. The intern will collaborate closely with sales, and operations teams to ensure that orders are executed in correct timeline with excellent quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Fashion Design and Fashion Styling, with an interest in corporate and promotional apparel.
- Working knowledge of Textiles and fabric properties relevant to T-shirts, polos, shirts, and jackets.
- Basic proficiency in Sewing and garment construction to understand fit, finishing, and production feasibility.
- Ability to use Graphic Design tools to create logo placements, print layouts, and visual mockups.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and ability to follow brand guidelines accurately.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a quick-paced, in office team environment.
