About Taylor Suite

Taylor Suite is a premium menswear brand specialising in bespoke suits, premium suiting and shirting fabrics, and ready-to-wear menswear.

We aim to deliver a personalised shopping experience by helping customers choose the right fabrics, styles, fits, and designs for their professional, formal, wedding, and special occasions.

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Fashion Consultant who can combine fashion knowledge, personalised styling, and sales skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Consultation & Personal Styling

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Recommend suitable suits, shirts, fabrics, colours, patterns, and styling combinations.
- Help customers choose appropriate styles for business meetings, office wear, weddings, celebrations, and formal occasions.
- Provide personalised suggestions on fit, fabric, design, and overall appearance.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through attentive service and styling advice.

B. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into purchases and confirmed bespoke orders.
- Recommend suitable add-on products such as shirts, trousers, accessories, and complementary outfits.
- Explain product features, fabric quality, craftsmanship, pricing, and customisation options.
- Follow up with prospective customers and customers with pending orders.
- Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

C. Bespoke Suiting & Shirting

- Understand the customer's requirements for custom-made suits and shirts.




- Assist customers in selecting fabrics, colours, linings, buttons, lapels, and other customisation options.
- Coordinate measurements, design specifications, and order details with the tailoring team.
- Ensure customer preferences and measurements are recorded accurately.
- Track order progress and communicate expected delivery timelines.
- Coordinate fittings, alterations, and final delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

D. Product Knowledge & Store Presentation

- Develop strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fits, styles, and current menswear trends.
- Maintain product displays, fabric swatches, racks, and merchandise presentation.
- Ensure the store maintains a premium, organised, and welcoming appearance.
- Assist with stock checks, merchandise tagging, and inventory coordination.
- Keep up to date with current collections, fabrics, and styling options.

E. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain accurate customer profiles, measurements, preferences, and purchase history.
- Follow up with customers regarding trials, fittings, order status, and collections.
- Contact previous customers about relevant new collections and repeat-purchase opportunities.
- Handle customer questions and routine concerns professionally.
- Escalate complaints, fit issues, and delivery concerns to the Store Manager or tailoring team.

F. Billing & Store Operations

- Prepare bills and process payments according to store procedures.
- Maintain accurate sales and order records.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager on daily sales reporting.
- Follow store policies for discounts, returns, alterations, and order cancellations.
- Support stock management and daily opening and closing procedures.
