Farm location: Near Sathyamangalam/Mettupalayam
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities.
- Monitor workers and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the farm.
- Monitor crops, plants, livestock or other farm-related activities as applicable.
- Maintain daily records of farm activities, materials and requirements.
- Monitor usage of farm materials, equipment and resources.
- Coordinate with management regarding farm requirements and operational issues.
- Ensure workers follow proper safety and operational procedures.
- Identify and report any issues related to farm operations.
- Monitor attendance and productivity of farm workers.
- Maintain basic stock and inventory records.
- Prepare daily/weekly farm activity reports for management.
- Ensure the overall discipline and smooth functioning of the farm.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Degree – relevant experience preferred.
- Fresher candidates with a genuine interest in farm supervision/agriculture can also apply.
- Candidates with an Agriculture background will have an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email,
Excel and data entry is required.
- Good communication and worker-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily farm activities.
- Willingness to stay at the farm location.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Local candidates from Mettupalayam, Sathyamangalam, Annur and nearby areas are preferred.
