Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, targets, quality, and timely deliveries.
- Supervise factory staff and coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Dispatch, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor quality standards, safety practices, and factory discipline.
- Handle production-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain proper records and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable factory and statutory requirements.

Candidate Requirements





- 5–6 years of relevant experience in factory/production management.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning and factory operations.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
