Role Description The Export Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Gujarat, India.

The Export

Executive will manage day-to-day export operations, including preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely shipment of goods. The role involves communicating with international buyers, tracking orders, and resolving shipment or documentation issues in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements.

The Export





Executive will collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records, update order status, and support pricing, negotiation, and sales activities related to international trade. The position also requires monitoring market trends, assisting in developing new overseas customers, and contributing to continuous process improvements in export and import-export operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Import Export procedures.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Export operations and International Trade regulations.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Sales related to overseas markets and customer relationship management.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with logistics coordination, incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
- Relevant experience in food or agro-commodity exports is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or export management software is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in International Business, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
