- Utility Shift Crew Arrangement.

2. Follow-up & tracking of Preventive Maintenance Jobs in shifts and coming shifts.

3. Ensure zero breakdowns of all utilities and auxiliary equipment’s.

4. Daily monitoring & correction of abnormalities in all utilities including main headers lines.

5. Shift wise tracking of consumption of Chemicals, furnace oil, coal, water & steam.

6. Maintain shift logbook & update of daily files.

- Capture data into SAP.
- Spares management.

Carry out Break-down maintenance as well as trouble shooting.
- Handle grievance of subordinates.

11. Ensure high order of Housekeeping of machines.

12. Implement energy conservation projects.

13. Co-ordinate with production department.

- Plan and execute Improvement plans.

15. Maintain discipline in the shop floor.
- Provide training to workmen.

17. Analysis and correction of utility parameters variations.

18. Analysis and correction of efficiency parameters variations.

19. updating records of maintenance activities in Utility.

20. Execution of improvement projects and modernization activities in coordination with contractors and production team.

21. To coordinate documentation and implementation of ISO 50001 , IATF ,

ISO 14001 & OHSAS standards.
