V-Care Medicals is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our new branch at Muvattupuzha.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines safely, assisting customers with their healthcare requirements and supporting the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately based on prescriptions.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure appropriate dispensing procedures.
- Provide customers with basic information regarding medicines and their usage as permitted within the pharmacist's professional scope.
- Maintain proper records of medicines and prescriptions.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Assist with billing and pharmacy operations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Coordinate with the Pharmacy Manager and other team members.
Requirements
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Pharmacy Council.
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy is preferred.
- Good knowledge of medicines and pharmacy practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
