Visits are offered by prior reservation, allowing for curated and thoughtful experiences.

Role Description The Experience Manager – Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, responsible for shaping and promoting visitor experiences at The Farm Ecoville. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of art and nature-based programs, workshops, and events, ensuring they reflect the farm’s sustainability and mindfulness values.

The Experience

Manager – Marketing develops and implements marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, manages social media presence, and creates compelling content to attract and engage diverse audiences. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative and operations teams, managing bookings and guest communication, gathering visitor feedback, and using insights to enhance future experiences.



The role also involves building partnerships with local communities and organizations, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized environment for all guests.

Qualifications

- Experience in marketing and brand management, with the ability to design and execute campaigns that promote experiential offerings.
- Skills in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and basic analytics for engagement and outreach.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, partners, and internal teams in a skilled and empathetic manner.
- Ability to plan and coordinate events or programs, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site guest support.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability, conscious living, and nature-based or arts-based experiences.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives and reservations simultaneously.
- Prior experience in hospitality, experiential marketing, community engagement, or related fields is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Arts Management, or a related discipline is beneficial.
- Pune based candidates only.

Experience Required

- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing.
