This role is based out of Powai, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and execution of Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate the Training Need Identification (TNI)



process and assist in designing annual learning calendars and employee development programs.
- Manage end-to-end administration of training programs, including participant nominations, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and program tracking.
- Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records, training databases, dashboards, and MIS reports to ensure accurate monitoring of learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with business teams and external partners to drive capability-building, leadership development, and continuous learning initiatives across the organization.
