Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented PPC Executive with 2–3 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in uPVC Windows &

- Doors manufacturing.

Key Roles &

- Responsibilites

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Plan and monitor production activities for uPVC windows and doors.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Prepare and monitor BOM, work orders, production schedules, and material requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of uPVC profiles, reinforcement, glass, hardware, and accessories.
- Monitor production progress and identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Track WIP, finished goods, and production status.
- Coordinate material planning with Purchase and Stores teams.
- Prepare daily production reports and MIS.
- Monitor production capacity, manpower requirements, and machine utilization.
- Ensure production plans are completed within the required timelines.




- Identify process gaps and support improvements in production efficiency.
- Excellent technical knowledge of uPVC Windows &
- Doors manufacturing
- Good understanding of uPVC window and door fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of BOM, cutting lists, material planning, and optimization.
- Knowledge of uPVC profiles, reinforcement, glass, hardware, and accessories.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Valuable Excel and MIS skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience &

- Qualification

- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: 2–3 years in PPC/Production Planning, preferably in a uPVC Windows &
- Doors manufacturing plant.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Candidates with strong technical knowledge of uPVC fabrication and production processes will be preferred.
