Purpose of the Job: To ensure Total customer satisfaction

Major Responsibilities: Carry out UBT audit (Daily).

Collect Process capability data (CTQ monthly)

Carry out Cut tyre analysis (Monthly)

Tyre weight monitoring (Daily)

Finished Product Audit/Report (Daily)

Preparation of PDIR(Daily)

Shift DMRC (Daily)

Co-ordination of customer related activities (when required)





Defence tyre inspection related activities (As & when required)

Capturing/holding/stopping floor abnormalities (Routine)

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement prescribed risk control measures in day-to-day operations.

Actively participate in incident reporting, investigations, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Provide inputs during hazard identification processes and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

Ensure that emergency exits, safety signage, and fire protection systems are clearly visible, accessible, and in proper working condition.
