HR Executive
Person having experience in Hospital preferred The Role
This is a mid-level role, reporting to the HR Manager. Accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows:
We Require Person Having experience in Hospital industry
Purpose
To support the Nursing Department in recruitment, training and employee engagement in alignment with the goals & objectives of the Hospital. This would entail contributing to policy formulation where required and ensuring effective implementation of HR processes and systems pertaining to all aspects of the employee life cycle.
The key responsibilities include:
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
o Work with HRM to organize meetings with Nursing Heads to understand the manpower requirement for specific departments and create yearly manpower budgets for each department. o Assist with tracking Manpower status i.e., plan vs actual on a monthly basis, carrying out variance analysis.
- Talent Acquisition:
o Fulfil staffing requirement and ensure 100% capacitation across Nursing which includes (new hires + replacements) by ensuring the Hospital is able to attract the right talent by deploying effective and innovative recruitment strategies. o Ensuring Job Descriptions accurately capture the role expectations and competencies.
o Build right sourcing mix to keep quality hiring at optimum cost. Effective utilization of social media, employee referrals, Job Portals, other economical recruitment tools for quick turnaround time by balancing cost & quality.
o Have effective follow up mechanisms such as a robust Recruitment Tracker, weekly reviews/updates to ensure vacancies are closed in a timely manner.
o Adding Master Employees data in Sira.
- Support HRM with the On boarding process of new recruits, including induction, documentation formalities, updating of employee database/ software etc
- Time Office, leave and attendance:
o Ensuring adherence to attendance & leave related policies and procedures on part of employees. o Ensuring proper management of leave records.
· Payroll management:
o Manage salary and other disbursements to staff members at all levels in respect of their claims as per Policy.
o Ensuring employee details are captured and updated in an accurate manner in the payroll software.
o Ensuring statutory compliance.
- Performance management:
o Support the HRM in ensuring KRAs/KPIs are defined and communicated to employees across Nursing o Facilitating periodic check-ins against the same by respective managers and identifying timely course corrections where required. o Support HRM in carrying out annual performance appraisals end to end.
o Manage all internal promotions, career discussions in consultation with the HRM to ensure reflection of performance and potential.
- Training & Development:
o Carrying out Training Needs Analysis based on inputs from performance related findings. o Inputting into preparation of Training calendar.
o Assisting the HRM in planning & organizing training programs, including coordinating with external trainers.
o Facilitating Training Workshops need based.
o Assessing training effectiveness and recommending improvements where required.
· Employee engagement:
o Contribute towards building a conducive work environment across various departments.
o Build credibility and trust amongst employees by ensuring issues faced by them are brought to light in a timely manner and are appropriately addressed.
o Calendarize and effectively plan the roll out of various programs to help build the culture and promote cross functional interactions.
· Analysis & Reporting o Preparing a monthly dashboard of key HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment, training (planned vs actual man-days etc)
o Analysing attrition trends,
including carrying out exit interviews and recommending specific actions for retention o Preparation of PPT/ Reports for the periodic reviews
- To assist the HRM in all types of Employee Disciplinary matters and I.R / Labour Relations matters.
Competencies required: Knowledge, skills, attitude:
Knowledge
Essential
· In depth knowledge & understanding of HR processes & interventions.
· Knowledge of HRIS, including generation of reports & dashboards.
· Hands on experience of working with an HR software(s).

· Knowledge of statutory compliances, employment & labour laws.

Having Experience in hospital industry preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with nursing leadership and staff.
· Proven ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
