Role Description The Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall management of housekeeping, soft services, facility operations, service quality, and client satisfaction at a prestigious client location. The role requires strong hospitality standards, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a premium and professional environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day housekeeping and facility operations.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Supervise housekeeping and support staff.




- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises.
- Handle client requests, feedback, and complaints.
- Coordinate with security, engineering, pantry, pest control, and other service teams.
- Maintain housekeeping materials, equipment, and consumable stock.
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and service standards of staff.
- Support VIP meetings, events, and special requirements.
- Maintain daily reports, checklists, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and motivate staff to provide quality service.
- Maintain a professional and hospitality-oriented environment at the client location.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in Hotel Housekeeping is preferred.
- Candidates with experience as Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager will be preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Solid knowledge of housekeeping and hygiene standards.
- Good client-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Presentable, disciplined, and service-oriented.
