As an Executive, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls and provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the company's brand and values.
- Document and update customer records and information accurately in our systems.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team leads.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in handling customer interactions.
- Provide regular feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer queries effectively.
