Required Skills

- Improvement of Product Positioning, Brand Management and Developing Strategy with the help of Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Reporting to the Sr. Manager - Account Manager and Client Servicing
- Working with the concerned Authority of the companies to agree on Annual Media Budgets for Key Projects
- Having basic knowledge of social media and copy writing skills
- Media Planning in consultation with the Sr. Manager and Team
- Handling of External Communication in coordination with Digital Operations, Creative team and the Production Team for Optimized Results
- Providing the Clients the Value Added Services in their Marketing and Branding Needs.
- Receiving the client briefs and analyzing the input of client together and providing the Creative Team with the well documented and Refined Briefs and Production Materials as required for their Creative Output
- Making sure that the Clients Requirements are handled effectively
- Framing and Designing of the Marketing Strategies in consultation with the Sr.

Manager as well as ensuring that the same are clearly defined and approved by the clients.

- Overall responsibility for the Budget, Project Plan and the Deliverables under Sr. Manager's guidance
- Coordination for the Quotations and preparing of the Client Invoices,



JIM (Job Initiation Memo), PO (Purchase Order), WO (Work Order), RO (Release order) on a Regular Basis as instructed by the Sr. Manager
- Ensuring the prompt collection of Account Receivables from the Clients
- Reviewing the overall Development of all the important Accounts with the Sr.

Manager and Team

- Ensuring the overall Client Satisfaction and Retention
- Ensuring the utmost maximization from each existing client
- Making IMC Reports, Marketing Report, Media Report, and Project Management Report on a Regular Basis
- Proof Reading and validating all the Artwork before sending it to the clients
- Building Healthy Relationships with the Clients by meeting them on a Regular Basis
- Coordinating with the Releasing Agencies for timely submission of the artwork
- Detailed execution of the Marketing Strategies (Pre, During and Post)
- Drafting of the MOM (Minutes of the Meeting) post meeting

Skills & Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or academic project experience in client servicing or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- In office availability at Vadodara (Trizone Communications Pvt. Ltd.).
- Evaluated on KPIs: Client satisfaction, timely execution, account coordination efficiency, deliverable accuracy, client retention, and internal team coordination.
