Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based at THE CLINICS MISC in Recent Delhi.
The Executive
Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating internal and external communications. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining confidential records, and handling expense reports and reimbursements with accuracy. The role involves managing office workflows,
tracking task deadlines, liaising with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
The Executive
Assistant will also support meeting logistics, minutes, and documentation, while upholding professional standards of discretion, organization, and service orientation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills to manage complex schedules, priorities, and high-level administrative tasks.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, records management, and coordination of office operations.
- Candidates should possess accurate Expense Reports management skills, with attention to detail in tracking, reconciling, and reporting financial and reimbursement data.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant additional qualifications include strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, calendar systems), and high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, and prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a service-focused organization, is highly beneficial.
