About us

Gayatri Properties is a Mumbai-based real estate and hospitality group. Our work spans luxury villas and an upcoming resort in Karjat, a hotel in Khandala, and urban redevelopment in Mumbai. We're a lean, fast-moving team, and this role sits right at the centre of it.

The role

You'll work directly with the leadership team across development, procurement, and sales. This isn't a calendar-and-coffee EA role. You'll own follow-ups, keep projects moving, and take on real problems from day one. If you want to see how a real estate business is actually run, this is the seat for it.

What you'll do

- Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
- Track action items across sites, vendors, consultants, and internal teams, and close the loop
- Prepare MOMs, reports, presentations, and investor/partner documents
- Coordinate with site teams, architects, contractors, and sales on project status
- Run research and analysis for new opportunities such as land deals,



market studies, and vendor comparisons
- Handle sensitive information with complete discretion
- Pick up special projects as the business needs them

What we're looking for

- 1–4 years in an EA, founder's office, consulting, or operations role
- Strong written and spoken English; Hindi a plus
- Excellent with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and email
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Someone who follows up without being asked twice

Nice to have

- Exposure to real estate, construction, or hospitality
- An engineering, architecture, or business degree or equivalent
