We're hiring for the Executive Assistant Founder's Office at Labellerr AI (Mohali/Chandigarh) , a role for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to how a startup runs, working directly alongside the founder across operations, scheduling, communication, and coordination. This is an operations/EA-track role, not a technical one and if you're an engineer or ML/robotics candidate, this isn't an ideal posting for you unless you want to prefer to be in this role.

What you'll do:

→ Manage inbox and draft responses on the founder's behalf

→ Maintain and protect the founder's schedule, with meeting reminders

→ Attend in-person meetings, take notes, and track action items to closure

→ Post quick social media updates when handed a fast idea

→ Help coordinate branding and PR logistics alongside specialists

→ Book flights, cabs, and handle day-to-day errands within a set budget

→ Handle purchases such as devices, gifts, supplies within a defined budget

→ Coordinate logistics for events, training sessions, and media coverage days

→ Maintain company records and coordinate with legal on compliance deadlines

→ Spot repetitive manual work and flag it for automation (you don't need to build it yourself)

→ Help protect the founder's personal bandwidth — meals, health, focus time — as part of the job

Who this is for:

→ 1–3 years of experience — early career, but not your first week of work

→ Sharp, organized, and dependable above all else — this role runs on trust

→ Structured written and verbal communication,

→ Comfortable in a quick-moving, not-fully-defined environment

Growth path: A direct track toward Chief of Staff for the right person — scope and responsibility grow as trust is established, not fixed from day one.

Compensation: ₹4–7 LPA (₹35,000–55,000/month), based on experience, + ESOP for the right candidate.
