Position- Sales Support (Domestic Business).

Location- Malad (West), Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To provide back-office support to the sales team
- To prepare MIS reports on sales collection data.
- Coordination with the finance department / Accounts department regarding reimbursement of distributor debit notes, keeping track of reimbursement records.
- Coordination for all financial approvals.
- To prepare a dispatch plan and execute the same.
- To maintain all types of records:



monthly tour programming, working reports, sales, and expense details.
- Correspond with the sales team for compliance with HO requirements.
- Maintain records of agreements & coordinating with the legal department for distributor agreements.
- Coordinate orders and dispatch with distributors, PPC department & logistics department.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 2+ years of experience in sales support.
- Good Analytical, Coordination & Multitasking skills.
