Rambhajo by Advit Jewels is looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Excel Specialist who considers Microsoft Excel their core area of expertise.

This is a specialized Excel position for someone who can independently manage complex spreadsheets, large datasets, advanced formulas, data reconciliation, data cleaning, formatting and spreadsheet automation with a high level of accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExcel Data Management

- Manage large and complex Excel workbooks
- Clean, organize, standardize and structure raw data
- Remove duplicate, incorrect, incomplete and unnecessary data
- Consolidate information from multiple Excel files and worksheets
- Perform regular data checks and validations
- Handle product, inventory, pricing and other business-related data

Advanced Excel Operations

- Develop complex formulas and spreadsheet logic
- Work extensively with functions such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, IFS, IFERROR, FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE, TEXT, DATE & TIME functions and other logical/mathematical functions
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing formulas
- Create reusable Excel templates for recurring requirements

Data Reconciliation & Verification

- Compare data across multiple files and worksheets
- Identify discrepancies, missing information and incorrect entries
- Perform data reconciliation and cross-verification
- Verify product, SKU, pricing, MRP, weight and other relevant information
- Ensure accuracy and consistency before files are finalized

Excel Formatting & Presentation

- Create clean, professional and well-structured Excel workbooks
- Work with tables, borders, number formats and conditional formatting




- Design easy-to-use spreadsheet layouts
- Improve readability and usability of existing Excel files
- Maintain consistent formatting across workbooks

Excel Automation

- Identify repetitive Excel tasks and automate them wherever possible
- Develop and maintain VBA Macros
- Use Power Query for extraction, transformation and consolidation of data
- Create automated templates, calculations, buttons and workflows
- Optimize workbooks to reduce manual effort and improve performance

Spreadsheet Maintenance

- Maintain and continuously improve existing Excel files
- Optimize complex formulas and workbook structures
- Manage linked worksheets, references, tables and calculations
- Maintain proper file organization and version control
- Ensure workbooks remain accurate and functional after data updates

Jewellery Industry Experience

JEWELLERY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCEPrior experience in the jewellery industry will be preferred. Candidates who have worked with jewellery product master data, SKUs/item codes, product descriptions, gold/diamond/gemstone data, weight and purity information, MRP and pricing, inventory and stock records, purchase/sales data,



product categorization or ERP-generated Excel files will have an advantage.

CANDIDATE PROFILEWe are looking for someone who:

- Has strong to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Is comfortable handling large datasets and complex workbooks
- Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Can independently identify and solve Excel-related problems
- Has robust logical and analytical thinking
- Can create complex formulas without depending heavily on manual calculations
- Understands spreadsheet automation and process optimization
- Is comfortable with repetitive and detail-intensive Excel work
- Has good organizational and time-management skills
- Can work independently with minimal supervision

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEEducation: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience working extensively with Microsoft Excel.

Experience in jewellery, retail, inventory, product management or related industries will be preferred. Candidates with exceptional practical Excel expertise and relevant industry experience may also be considered regardless of their academic background.

IMPORTANTThis is NOT a general Data Entry, MIS, Customer Service, Sales, IT Support or Administrative position.

We are specifically looking for an individual for whom Excel is a core professional skill and who can independently handle advanced Excel requirements.
