About Goldrush
Goldrush Sports Coffee is a performance-led coffee and nutrition brand built around coffee, protein, movement and community.
We are building more than cafés—we are building a performance community through runs, Hyrox, golf, fitness, wellness and experiences that bring people together.
We are looking for an Events & Community Specialist who can turn this vision into consistently great experiences.
The Role
You will own the planning and execution of Goldrush events—from small community activations to large-scale sporting and brand experiences.
You will be responsible for creating events that people want to come back to, while growing the Goldrush community and strengthening our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute Goldrush community events, sporting events, workshops and brand activations.
- Manage the complete event lifecycle: concept → planning → partners → execution → post-event analysis.
- Create event calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate venues, permissions, vendors, equipment, staffing, registrations and logistics.
- Ensure every event delivers the Goldrush brand experience.
- Community Building
- Build and actively manage the Goldrush sports and fitness community.
- Develop relationships with runners, cyclists, golfers, Hyrox athletes, trainers, coaches, gyms and wellness communities.
- Drive participation in Goldrush 5K runs, fitness challenges, Olympics, workshops and other community IPs.
- Create mechanisms to increase repeat participation and membership.
- Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and build relationships with:
- Fitness studios
- Running clubs
- Gyms
- Golf clubs
- Sports brands
- Corporate communities
- Athletes and coaches
- Wellness professionals
- Influencers and creators
- Develop mutually beneficial event partnerships and collaborations.
- Event Marketing
- Work with the marketing team to promote upcoming events.
- Drive registrations and participation through social media, WhatsApp, email and community networks.
- Create event communication plans and basic promotional content.
- Coordinate with designers and creators for event collateral.
- On-Ground Experience
- Be the face of Goldrush at events.
- Ensure registration, participant experience, hospitality, branding and event flow are executed perfectly.
- Manage volunteers and event staff.
- Handle problems calmly and quickly on the ground.
- Post-Event Analysis
- Track registrations, attendance, revenue, leads, memberships and repeat participation.
- Collect participant feedback.
- Prepare a easy post-event report.
- Identify what worked, what didn’t and how the next event can be better.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in events, community, sports, fitness, hospitality or brand activations.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
- Comfortable working with athletes, customers, vendors, brands and senior stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends and early mornings when events require it.
- Comfortable being hands-on—you should be willing to set up,
execute and clean up when required.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru’s fitness, sports and wellness ecosystem.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp communities and digital marketing.
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.

Wednesday: Community engagement marketing coordination
Thursday: Vendor/venue coordination registrations

Saturday/Sunday: On-ground event execution & community engagement
