- With help of project architects, determine the scope of a project, required items of the estimate, as well as the costs associated with the project.

- Review preliminary data and deliverables such as project specifications and drawings.

- Work out estimates based on Government Schedule of Rates and CPWD's Delhi Schedule of Rates as well as market rates.

- Get accurate market rates from various vendors.

- Prepare Tender document along with project specifications.

- Evaluate Tender documents.

- Visit site occasionally and verify contractor's work and bills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
