Estimation Architect Commercial Projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed project estimates and BOQs for restaurant and commercial interior projects.
- Study architectural and interior drawings and prepare quantity take-offs.
- Estimate costs for civil, interior, furniture, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other project works.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, and vendors for accurate costing.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations and support rate negotiations.
- Prepare cost comparisons, budgets, and project cost reports.
- Track project costs and ensure work is within the approved budget.
- Review drawings and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements:

- 3-7 years of experience in estimation/costing for commercial interiors or hospitality projects.
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and estimation.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail, or commercial interiors preferred.
