Eastman Cast & Forge Ltd. is looking for a EHS manager to lead and control across our manufacturing operations.

Location: Ludhiana

Department: Health & Safety

Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Preferred Industry : Hand Tools / Power Tools / Fasteners / Automotive / Pumps / Agriculture Components

CTC: Upto 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct safety training, mock drills and workplace safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, fire safety, PPE, work permits and LOTO requirements.
- Monitor and investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Identify workplace hazards and monitor noise, illumination, gas/vapour and other safety parameters.
- Manage hazardous waste, solid waste and effluent handling, storage and disposal.
- Monitor effluent parameters including pH, TSS, TDS, COD, BOD, MLSS and MLVSS.




- Ensure compliance with PPCB and applicable environmental regulations.
- Coordinate Consent to Operate (CTO) and other statutory approvals/renewals.
- Coordinate with authorised vendors for hazardous waste and e-waste disposal and maintain required records/manifests.
- Monitor RO plant operations, CIP cleaning, pressure and maintenance records.
- Conduct EHS audits, track findings and ensure timely closure.
- Track regulatory updates and ensure implementation of applicable requirements.
- Maintain EHS records, reports and documentation.
