About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager – AI/ML to lead its AI/ML engineering initiatives, drive technical architecture, and build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

The selected candidate will lead a team of 3–6 engineers and take ownership of AI/ML architecture, production machine learning, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and Generative AI initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced technical leader who can combine strong engineering fundamentals, hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and business-oriented problem-solving to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Engineering & Architecture

- Own the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Define technical architecture and engineering standards for AI/ML systems.
- Translate business requirements into practical, production-ready AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve business processes and product capabilities.

Production ML & MLOps

- Lead the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of ML models in production.
- Build and improve MLOps pipelines, automation, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD workflows.
- Ensure model reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Work with cloud platforms and modern engineering infrastructure to support production workloads.

Generative AI, LLM & RAG





- Drive the development and deployment of Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Evaluate use cases involving NLP, recommendation systems, forecasting, computer vision, and fraud/risk scoring.
- Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–6 AI/ML and software engineers.
- Provide technical guidance through architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, business, and other engineering stakeholders.
- Drive execution, delivery timelines, technical quality, and continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Advanced working knowledge of Python

Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production

Experience with MLOps, ML pipelines, model monitoring, and CI/CD

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures

Understanding of scalable software architecture and system design

Experience with one or more of the following: NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, forecasting, or fraud/risk scoring





Experience & Eligibility Criteria

- 10+ years of overall software engineering / AI/ML engineering experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading engineering or ML teams.
- Proven hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production.
- Experience managing technical teams, projects, and engineering delivery.
- B2B, SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B product experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be comfortable working on-site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh .
