- Capacity & Production Planning:
- Manage capacity planning, raw material planning, and dispatch planning to ensure smooth production flow.
- Material Requirement Coordination:
- Coordinate the preparation of molding and other material requirement quantities based on production needs.
- Production Planning & Execution:
- Prepare and execute PPC plans for molding machines, plating processes, and assembly lines.
- Customer Coordination:
- Communicate and coordinate with customers to align production schedules and requirements.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess.
- Safety Stock Management:
- Ensure adequate safety stock of molding materials to prevent disruption.
