We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Paramedics / Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join a reputed ambulance service organization. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, emergency response skills, and the ability to provide high-quality pre-hospital patient care during medical emergencies and patient transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care and patient stabilization during ambulance transportation.
- Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs.
- Administer first aid, BLS, and ACLS interventions as required.
- Assist in managing trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and critical care emergencies.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient details and treatment provided.
- Maintain ambulance equipment, medicines, and emergency supplies.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and emergency response teams.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and clinical protocols.
- Deliver compassionate and professional patient care at all times.
Candidate Requirements
✅ Qualification : GNM / B.Sc.
Nursing/EMT Coursw
✅ Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse
- Minimum 1 year of Ambulance, BLS, ACLS, or EMT experience
- ACLS Certification preferred
✅ Strong communication and patient-handling skills
✅ Ability to work in emergency situations and rotational shifts
✅ Physically fit and willing to travel with ambulance teams
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹35,000 per month
