About the Opportunity

OT Ecosystem is looking for a confident, energetic, and professional Emcee / Event Host / Anchor for an upcoming business and leadership event organized by our partner, TheCconnects Magazine.

The event will bring together entrepreneurs, business leaders, corporate professionals, industry experts, award recipients, and other distinguished guests for networking, recognition, and business conversations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable hosting a professional corporate event, engaging with a diverse audience, introducing speakers and guests, and maintaining the energy and flow of the program throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

- Host and anchor the event professionally from start to finish.
- Welcome guests, speakers, business leaders, and award recipients.
- Introduce speakers, panelists, performers, and special guests.
- Make stage announcements and ensure smooth transitions between sessions.
- Engage the audience and maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere.
- Coordinate with the event and production team to keep the program on schedule.
- Conduct award presentations and facilitate stage interactions.
- Handle last-minute changes and announcements confidently and professionally.




- Maintain a polished and engaging stage presence throughout the event.
- Interact with senior executives, entrepreneurs, and distinguished guests in a professional manner.
- Follow the event agenda, scripts, and briefing materials provided by the organizing team.

Requirements

- Previous experience as an emcee, event host, anchor, presenter, or moderator.
- Excellent spoken English and solid communication skills.
- Confident stage presence and audience engagement skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with senior business leaders and VIP guests.
- Good improvisation and public-speaking skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Ability to manage unexpected situations calmly and confidently.
- Experience hosting corporate conferences, business summits, award ceremonies, or similar events is preferred.

Preferred Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience hosting corporate events, business conferences, leadership summits, award ceremonies, networking events, or professional gatherings.
