JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in managing the complete embroidery sampling process, from design setup to final sample.

· Operate and monitor embroidery machines efficiently.

· Set up machines and load embroidery designs accurately.

· Check embroidery samples for placement, size, stitch quality, density, thread colour, and finishing.

· Learn to select suitable fabrics, threads, needles, and machine settings for different samples.

· Identify and report embroidery and machine-related issues.

· Coordinate with Digitizers and Production teams for sample development.

· Make basic machine and process adjustments to achieve the required output.

· Ensure samples are completed within assigned timelines.

· Maintain records of samples, design requirements, and production details.

· Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

· Follow all quality, production, and workplace safety standards.

· Support the team in achieving daily sampling targets and maintaining consistent output.

· ITI qualification in a relevant technical/production trade.

· Freshers with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills are welcome.

· Basic understanding of machines and technical processes.

· Good attention to detail.

· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
