Owns email and SMS revenue in Klaviyo through flows, campaigns, segmentation and testing. Strong lifecycle automation is the core skill.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize welcome, abandoned checkout, browse-abandonment, post-purchase upsell and win-back flows.
- Plan and send weekly launch, offer and seasonal campaigns.
- Grow and segment lists; manage SMS automations compliantly.
- A/B test subject lines, creative, timing and offers.
- Report weekly on revenue contribution, opens, clicks, conversion, deliverability and recommendations.
- Work with the designer on on-brand email visuals.
Must-have Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years hands-on in Klaviyo or Omnisend, including flows and campaigns.
- Measurable email/SMS revenue results. • Robust natural, persuasive copywriting.
- Understands deliverability, list hygiene and SMS compliance.
- Data-driven iteration based on lifecycle performance.
Nice to Have
- Shopify-Klaviyo integration experience.
- Basic HTML/CSS and Canva skills.
- Fashion, home or lifestyle D2C experience.
