Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Electrical Project Engineer to join our execution team in Thane. In this role, you will lead on-site assembly, PLC panel programming, testing, and system commissioning for our custom test benches and electrical panels. The ideal candidate possesses strong core electrical concepts, solid cable/wiring specifications knowledge, and fluent multilingual communication to coordinate with client technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Commissioning: Oversee on-site testing, installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical test benches, control panels, and automated test labs.
- PLC Programming & Automation: Develop, upload, logic-test, and troubleshoot PLC programs and control routines for automated testing systems.
- Wiring & Harness Layout: Read electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and layout plans; determine precise cable/wire sizing, core identification, and routing specifications.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Perform point-to-point wiring checks, control panel testing, fault diagnostics, and functional handovers at client sites.




- Client & Site Coordination: Act as the primary site technical interface, ensuring clear communication with client engineers, contractors, and internal management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical experience in electrical project execution, panel wiring, PLC automation, or site commissioning.
- PLC Knowledge: Practical hands-on experience in PLC programming, I/O mapping, and troubleshooting.
- Core Electrical Fundamentals: Robust understanding of cable selection, wire gauge sizing, switchgear, panel layouts, and safety standards.
- Languages Spoken: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (essential for seamless communication with site staff, vendors, and clients across regions).
- Passport Requirement: Valid Indian Passport required (minimum 1 year remaining validity for potential domestic/international project travel).
