We are looking for a Supervisor of Maintenance in the food industry oversees daily engineering operations, focusing on minimizing machine downtime, ensuring food safety compliance (GMP/HACCP), and directing technical staff. Key duties include managing preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, troubleshooting, managing spare parts inventory, and supervising maintenance personnel. More details I mentioned below and you can look for candidate within 35k to 40k CTC.

Key Responsibilities

· Operational Reliability: Execute and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly Preventive & Predictive Maintenance programs for production machinery, including packaging and refrigeration systems.

· Maintenance Supervision: Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians and supervisors, ensuring safe and productive work practices.

· Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and occupational health and safety regulations.

· Breakdown Management: Act as the lead on emergency maintenance, conducting troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.

· Inventory & Budget:



Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for repairs, and assist in managing the department budget.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, equipment history, and SOPs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics) or equivalent technical experience.

· Experience: 1-2 years of maintenance experience in the food, beverage, or FMCG industry.

· Technical Skills: Expertise in industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation (PLC/SCADA).

· Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

· Adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedules.

· Compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
