Job Summary

Language counselor plays a very important role in any language institute. He/ she is the face of the institute and communicates between students, potential students, teachers, and management of the company.

Job requirements

- Must be at least graduate.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in counseliing field.
- Must Excellent communicative skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Freshers should not apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Handling walk-in queries and callings
- Taking regular follow-ups.
- Giving right and required information to clients.
- Maintaining valuable rapport with students, their parents, and teachers.
- Understanding the requirements of clients.
- Maintaining all office documents and files.
- Assisting teachers to manage classes.
- Updating information on a regular basis for the clients.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to clients.
- Collecting payments and preparing bills
- Gathering information of competitors.
- Imparting new ideas
- Guiding clients for Visa purposes.
- Maintaining records




- Convincing students to take admission and to do higher levels
- Giving advice and support to students.
- Working with external teams
- Must be reachable for staff till valid hours.
