Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding UG and PG courses.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from students.

- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.

- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.

- Explain course details, admission process, and eligibility.

- Maintain student information and follow-up records.

- Coordinate with the internal team for admission processing.

- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.

- Build good relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
