Role Description: We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end e-commerce operations. The role will involve managing product listings, orders, fulfilment, logistics, deliveries, returns, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, from product listing and order receipt to dispatch, delivery, returns.
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage shipping and logistics through platforms such as Shiprocket,
coordinating with courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, warehouses and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation and ensure processes are followed efficiently.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination across the entire e-commerce operations cycle.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace operations or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Experience with shipping/logistics platforms such as Shiprocket.
- Strong understanding of order management, fulfilment, logistics, returns and marketplace operations.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day operations and take ownership of issues.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with e-commerce dashboards and operational tools.
