If you’ve scaled Flipkart GMV, owned P&L; and know how to turn marketplace growth into profitable growth — we want to talk to you.

We’re looking for a Flipkart Business Head who can take end-to-end ownership of the Flipkart business and aggressively drive GMV, revenue, profitability and market growth.

? YOUR MANDATE

? Own Flipkart P&L; — Revenue, GMV, margins & contribution

? Scale GMV & profitable growth month-on-month

? Own Flipkart Ads, ROAS, TACOS & marketing ROI

? Build and execute aggressive growth & sales strategies

?️ Own pricing, promotions, offers & campaign planning

? Drive inventory availability, sell-through & stock efficiency

? Improve CVR, visibility, rankings & product performance

? Build business forecasts, dashboards & growth plans

? Drive new product/category launches and scale winning SKUs

? Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing,



Product & Finance teams

? WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4–8 years of strong Flipkart / marketplace experience
- Proven ownership of large GMV/revenue targets
- Solid understanding of Flipkart Ads & marketplace economics
- Experience managing P&L; / contribution margins / unit economics
- Strong command over GMV, CVR, ROAS, TACOS, AOV, returns & profitability
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets & data-driven decision making
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Builder mindset - not a coordinator mindset
