We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate eCommerce projects for our USA-based clients. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and as per requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate eCommerce projects from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Manage timelines, tasks, priorities, and project status.
- Coordinate with Development, Design, QA, Content, SEO, and eCommerce teams.
- Communicate with USA clients and provide regular project updates.
- Track deliverables, pending tasks, blockers, and deadlines.
- Gather requirements and convert them into clear tasks for internal teams.
- Coordinate client feedback, revisions, and change requests.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reports.
- Identify project risks and delays and escalate them proactively.
- Ensure deliverables are reviewed and completed as per requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of relevant eCommerce project experience is mandatory.
- Experience in eCommerce, website, or digital agency projects.
- Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.




- Experience working with international/USA clients is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Hours: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

Experience: 3+ Years in E-Commerce Projects

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
