About the Role

As we expand our online presence, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to take complete ownership of our online sales business across Amazon, Flipkart, our D2C website, and quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.

The role will focus on driving online revenue, improving marketplace performance and expanding our brands across e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive online sales and revenue growth across all e-commerce channels.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart and other marketplace accounts end-to-end.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, catalogue optimisation and marketplace visibility.
- Plan and optimise Amazon and marketplace advertising, including PPC, ROAS and ACOS.
- Monitor sales, competition, pricing, reviews, rankings and overall marketplace performance.
- Coordinate inventory and replenishment to maintain product availability.
- Lead onboarding and growth across Blinkit,



Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other quick-commerce platforms.
- Manage and grow sales through the company's own D2C website.
- Work with marketing teams/agencies on online campaigns and customer acquisition.
- Track channel-wise sales, advertising performance and profitability and report regularly to management.

Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace management or online business development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace sales.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart or managing e-commerce for an FMCG, food, pet-care or consumer brand preferred.
- Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or other quick-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, pricing, promotions, inventory and analytics.
- Commercially driven, analytical and capable of independently owning online sales targets.
