E-Commerce Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller accounts.
- Create, update and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images and keywords.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and monitor advertising performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and pricing analysis.
- Monitor sales, orders, returns, cancellations and inventory.
- Maintain proper stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse/team for inventory requirements.
- Analyze marketplace reports, sales data and advertising reports to improve performance.
- Handle marketplace seller support cases and resolve account/listing-related issues.
- Monitor product rankings, reviews, ratings and overall account health.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve conversion and expand product visibility.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, fees, promotions and new features.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Good knowledge of Amazon PPC / Sponsored Products.
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management and marketplace operations.
- Valuable understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Operations preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates who have practical experience managing Amazon Seller Central, product listings, PPC campaigns, inventory and marketplace operations will be preferred.
