We are looking for a commercially driven E-commerce Marketplace Growth Manager to take ownership of our Amazon UAE growth. This is a hands-on remote role for someone who understands how marketplace performance is built: strong catalogues, profitable advertising, competitive pricing, healthy inventory and continuous optimisation.

What you will do

- Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations for the UAE marketplace.
- Own and improve product listings, titles, keywords, images, A+ Content, variations and catalogue health.
- Plan, launch and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including sales, conversion rate, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, sessions and Buy Box performance.
- Conduct keyword, competitor and category research using Amazon tools, Helium 10 or similar platforms.
- Develop pricing, promotions and Deal strategies to drive profitable sales growth.
- Prepare demand forecasts and coordinate with the internal team on replenishment, inventory planning and stock availability.
- Identify listing suppressions, account-health issues and operational gaps, and resolve them promptly.
- Create weekly performance reports with clear insights, actions and growth recommendations.




- Support new product launches from product research through listing creation, advertising launch and early sales growth.
- Work closely with management to build the Amazon UAE growth plan and improve profitability.

What we are looking for
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, preferably Amazon UAE, India, US or UK.
- Proven experience managing and optimising Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of listing optimisation, keyword research, catalogue management, promotions and marketplace analytics.
- Ability to analyse sales and advertising data and turn it into practical commercial actions.
- Experience with Helium 10, Keepa, Sellerboard, advanced Excel or similar e-commerce tools is preferred.
- Experience in home, bedding, lifestyle, consumer goods or similar product categories is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Able to work aligned with UAE business hours.
