What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, CRED and other leading Ecommerce and Qcommerce platforms.
- Assist in creating and refining product listings to ensure accuracy and high-quality presentation.
- Track sales performance and share insights to improve outcomes.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, promotions and appointments.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and customer reviews to maintain smooth marketplace operations.
- Help resolve customer queries and ensure seamless order flow.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management.
- Basic understanding of digital sales strategies and quick commerce models.
- Solid attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across platforms.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
