Key Responsibilities

- Handle camera operations, framing, composition, lenses, and lighting.

- Plan and execute video shoots for social media, marketing, and educational content.

- Ensure good visual quality, lighting, exposure, and cinematography.

- Guide and support the Assistant Cameraman during shoots.

- Prepare shot lists and camera setups based on the creative requirements.

- Edit videos as a secondary responsibility.

- Handle cutting, transitions, color correction, audio sync, and basic motion graphics.

- Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams.

- Manage camera equipment, footage, project files, and backups.

- Maintain and improve overall video production quality.

Requirements

- Graduate with 1+ year of relevant experience in DOP, Cinematography, or Video Production.

- Strong knowledge of camera operations and cinematography.

- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition,



and lenses.

- Ability to independently handle video shoots.

- Experience guiding junior/assistant camera crew is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.

- Good basic to intermediate video editing skills.

- Robust portfolio demonstrating cinematography/video production work.

- Good communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Role Focus

- Primary: DOP, Cinematography, Camera Operations, Lighting & Visual Quality

- Secondary: Video Editing & Post-Production

- Team Responsibility: Guide and mentor the Assistant Cameraman.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
