Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Doctor role based in Noida, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as documentation and teleconsultations. The Doctor will provide clinical care in relevant therapeutic areas, including nephrology, pediatrics, and gynecology, as aligned with their specialty and experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing examinations, diagnosing conditions, and creating evidence-based treatment plans.

The role involves reviewing and prescribing medications, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The Doctor will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in case discussions,



support pharmacovigilance and medication safety initiatives, and contribute to patient education and awareness programs.

Qualifications

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and relevant postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in nephrology, pediatrics, gynecology, or internal medicine; valid medical license/registration with appropriate medical council.
- Clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care, with robust adherence to evidence-based medicine and clinical protocols.
- Ability to interpret laboratory results, imaging reports, and other diagnostic data, and to integrate findings into comprehensive care plans.
- Strong communication skills to explain medical information clearly, provide counseling, and work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Competence in electronic medical records, basic digital tools, and telemedicine platforms for documentation and remote consultations.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and quality improvement; familiarity with pharmacovigilance principles is an advantage.
- Experience or interest in nephrology, pediatrics, or gynecology is preferred; prior work in hospital, clinic, or pharmaceutical-supported clinical settings is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, manage time effectively between onsite clinical duties in Noida and remote tasks, and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
