Position: Divisional Manager – Rajasthan

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience: 6–10 Years

Location: Rajasthan | Extensive Travel Required

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities of all Rajasthan branches.
- Ensure smooth functioning, maintenance, infrastructure, and operational standards across branches.
- Conduct regular branch visits and inspections to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Principals, vendors, contractors, and management for operational requirements.
- Monitor civil, infrastructure, safety, housekeeping, maintenance, and facility-related activities.
- Ensure timely completion of renovation, repair, construction, and other infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, budgets, and branch-wise updates.




- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions for improved efficiency.
- Handle multiple branches simultaneously and ensure compliance with company standards.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
- Robust English communication and presentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan branches.
- Ability to independently manage multiple locations and work with senior management.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
