Role Description The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ichhawar, responsible for overseeing agricultural operations and business activities within the assigned district. The role includes managing field teams, coordinating with local dealers and farmers, and ensuring effective implementation of company programs and initiatives.

The District

Manager will monitor sales performance, track market trends, and report regularly on district-level results and opportunities. Day-to-day tasks involve visiting field locations, conducting meetings and trainings, resolving operational issues,



and ensuring that customer support and product information are delivered consistently. The role also requires close collaboration with senior management to execute regional strategies, maintain compliance with company policies, and uphold quality and service standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage district-level operations, including team supervision, planning, and performance monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with farmers, dealers, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in sales, business development, or field operations, preferably in agriculture, agritech, or related sectors.
- Capacity for data-driven decision-making, including basic reporting, market analysis, and forecasting.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ichhawar and travel within the district as required.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to rural field conditions and dynamic market environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of local agricultural practices and regional languages would be an advantage.
