Role Description The Dispatch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of goods. This role includes planning and scheduling dispatches, coordinating with production, warehouse, logistics partners, and customers to align dispatch activities with order requirements.

The Dispatch

Manager will monitor inventory readiness for dispatch, prepare and verify dispatch documents, address delivery issues, and maintain precise records of shipments. The role also involves leading and guiding the dispatch team,



implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead dispatch staff and manage daily workflows.
- Candidates should possess Dispatching and Operations Management skills to plan, schedule, and oversee dispatch processes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, logistics providers, and customers professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with dispatch or ERP systems to manage documentation and tracking.
- Relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing or interior solutions, is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to work in a rapid-paced, on-site environment are important.
