Role Description The Director at Aurea will lead strategic AI consulting and automation initiatives, overseeing end-to-end delivery for key client accounts and internal programs. This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara includes setting vision and goals for AI engagement, managing project roadmaps, and ensuring solutions align with client business objectives. The Director will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to design AI strategies, prioritize opportunities, and drive adoption across customer service, sales, marketing, and operations.

Daily responsibilities include stakeholder communication, performance monitoring, risk management,



and continuous improvement of AI-driven workflows and processes. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering a culture of innovation, and contributing to Aurea’s thought leadership in AI consulting and automation.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and overseeing complex projects.
- Proven expertise in AI strategy, digital transformation, or technology consulting, preferably in domains such as customer service, sales, marketing, finance, or insurance.
- Solid background in operations management, process optimization, and performance measurement to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and identifying growth opportunities through AI and automation.
- Comfort working with data-driven decision-making, including interpreting analytics, KPIs, and ROI for AI initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Vadodara and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving AI-focused environment.
- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services is an advantage.
