Role Overview: /n /n We are seeking a energetic and experienced candidate to join the consulting team. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver high-impact consulting engagements across operating model design, Global Capability Center (GCC) strategies, process improvements, sourcing model optimization, and change management. The role requires strong analytical skills, client engagement capability, and a proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans for global enterprises. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n Consulting Delivery & Subject Matter Expertise /n /n

- Lead the design and implementation of operating models for global and regional functions, enabling scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

/n

- Assess and recommend sourcing models (in-house, outsourced, hybrid) and vendor strategies aligned to business goals.

/n

- Develop GCC strategies including setup, scale-up, transformation, and optimization.

/n

- Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.

/n

- Lead change management programs, including stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption tracking.

/n /n Client Engagement & Relationship Management /n /n

- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted advisory relationships.

/n

- Facilitate workshops, design sessions,



and executive briefings to align stakeholders and secure buy-in.

/n

- Present insights, recommendations, and roadmaps to C-suite and senior leadership.

/n /n Project & Team Leadership /n /n

- Structure, plan, and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets.

/n

- Lead cross-functional teams

/n

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and skill development to team members.

/n /n Thought Leadership /n /n

- Contribute to intellectual capital creation, including frameworks, case studies, and whitepapers.

/n

- Support proposal development, client pitches, and pursuit activities.

/n

- Stay updated on industry trends in GCCs, operating models, sourcing strategies, and digital transformation

/n /n /n Qualifications: /n /n

- Fulltime MBA from Tier -1 universities or equivalent

/n

- 9–18 years in management consulting or relevant industry leadership roles with proven delivery in operating models, GCCs, process improvement, sourcing, and change management

/n

- Demonstrated experience in managing global programs and working with multi-cultural, distributed teams.

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.

/n

- Excellent communication skills—both executive-level presentation and stakeholder engagement.

/n

- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP is an advantage
