Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote NewStrides Business Finance services and generate qualified leads. In this full time remote role, the specialist will manage social media channels, develop online content, and coordinate email marketing and paid advertising initiatives. Day-to-day activities include monitoring campaign performance, conducting audience and keyword research, analyzing web traffic and conversion data, and preparing reports with actionable insights.

The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align messaging with business objectives,



maintaining brand consistency across platforms, and identifying new digital opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess proven experience in Social Media Marketing across major platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Web Analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in financial services or B2B marketing is a plus.

Salary Range:

Rs 25,000 - 45,000/month + Performance bonus based on lead generation
